Appearance: Clear, deep ruby colored.
Nose: Clean. DeBlack fruit aromas, licorice & lactic notes.
Palate: Intensely concentrated in flavor with pronounced, but smooth tannins & acidity. Earthy, with a long finish that lingers.
Vinification: From organic grapes & a practicing biodynamic estate; fermented using indigenous yeasts in oak vats & aged for 11 months in French oak.
Recommended Food Pairing: Roast pork & legumes.
