Appearance: Clear. Ruby with purple accents.
Nose: Clean. Medium intense. Red & black fruit with spiced & toasted notes.
Palate: Dry. Medium (+) bodied with fresh fruit & oak notes, good acidity & clean tannins.
Vinification: Hand harvested from vineyards over 60-years-old in Tarragona. Fermented in stainless steel at a controlled temperature with a two week maceration. Aged 10 months in French oak.
