Palate: Dry. Full-bodied with minerality & a bitter finish.
Vinification: A barrel-aged Godello blend from Valdeorras. Hand harvested from organically farmed vines. Fermented with indigenous yeast in 500L French oak. Aged 7 months in 20% new French oak.
Recommended Food Pairing: Grilled squid.
