  • Varieties: A blend of native Asturian apple varieties. Appearance: Clear. Hazy gold. Nose: Clean. Medium-intense pear, banana & other white fruit aromas. Palate: Dry. Light-bodied with green, underripe orchard fruit on the palate, crisp acidity & subtle earthiness. Vinification: Fermented spontaneously, with indigenous yeast. Aged on its lees, in chestnut barrels, for 5 months. Recommended Food Pairing: Cabrales, Asturian blue cheese.
