Appearance: Clear. Medium ruby with brilliant reflections.
Nose: Clean. Pronounced, pure & expressive wild red fruit notes with herbaceous hints.
Palate: Dry. Medium-bodied with good concentration, great acidity & refined tannins.
Vinification: Produced from a selection of organically farmed plots located in the town of Valtuille de Abajo in Bierzo. Hand harvested, then macerated almost completely whole cluster, fermented & aged in foudre.
Recommended Food Pairing: Herb-glazed roasted whole turkey with rosemary, sage & thyme.
