Appearance: Clear. Pale pink in color with fine bubbles.
Nose: Clean. Fresh red fruit aromas.
Palate: Bone-dry, crisp with a focused freshness. Soft red fruit flavors with minerality & good acidity.
Vinification: From organically grown & biodynamically farmed grapes, from 30 to 40-year-old vines. Aged until Reserva level, for a minimum of 15 months.
Recommended Food Pairing: Jamón & young cheeses.
