Appearance: Clear. Deep, dark garnet.
Nose: Clean. Pronounced & concentrated aromas of plum, smoke, black cherry & licorice.
Palate: Dry & full-bodied. Notes of fresh red fruit with excellent mineral & very fine tannins.
Vinification: From 60-year-old vines, farmed organically. From the 2nd highest altitude vineyard in all of Spain comes this organic gem from Manchuela. Fermented in stainless steel. Aged 8 months in French oak.
