Palate: Green apple, evolving to a lingering finish with vibrant minerality. Bone-dry.
Production: Family run winery founded in 1924, with estate owned vineyards that are organic & biodynamically farmed. 67 months aging with natural cork stopper. Riddling by hand on traditional racks, disgorged by hand without freezing on 10-19-15.
