Appearance: Bright, clean lemon colored with thin, fine bubbles.
Nose: Ripe citrus fruit, with toasted nut aromas. Expansive on the palate, with intensity of toasted flavors on a dry, fresh finish. Elegant, creamy with deep minerality.
Vinification: From a single hectare of Xarel.lo grapes in the small region of d’En Mota originally planted in 1940. Aged 120 months on its lees.
