Appearance: Clear. Pale lemon.
Nose: Clean. Medium-intense apple & citrus aromas.
Palate: Light-bodied with refreshing acidity characteristic of the varietal. A txakoli made to enjoy; fresh, fast & easy. Has fine bubbles & bright fruit flavors.
Vinification: Produced near the Pyrenees in the Basque region of Spain, from vineyards facing the Bay of Biscay. Made with a local varietal, fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Recommended Food Pairing: White meat or fish.
