Appearance: Clear. Medium lemon.
Nose: Clean. Medium intense orchard fruit with herbaceous, chamomile-like hints.
Palate: Dry. Medium bodied with stone fruit flavors, balanced acidity & good minerality.
Vinification: Manually harvested from vines 10-50 years old, planted in granitic soil with an east/west exposure. Macerated for 24 hours prior to fermentation.
Recommended Food Pairing: Polbo á feira, boiled octopus seasoned with coarse salt & paprika.
