Variety: Garnacha, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot & Syrah.
Appearance: Clear. Medium ruby, brilliant.
Nose: Clean. Pronounced ripe red fruit, with spiced & toasted notes on a subtle mineral background.
Palate: Dry. Full-bodied with good acidity & ripe, soft tannins.
Vinification: From two small biodynamically farmed, granite soil plots in Gratallops, Catalonia. Organically grown, using biodynamic treatments instead of chemical fertilizers. Partially whole bunch fermented, with native yeasts. Aged 12 months in stainless steel & oak foudres.
Recommended Food Pairing: Slow cooked beef & onion stuffed cabbage.
