Nose: Clean. Ripe black fruit, spiced & roasted notes with subtle minerality.
Palate: Dry. Full-bodied with good acidity & persistence. Typical black fruit notes & minerality on the palate.
Vinification: From biodynamically farmed vines grown in Gratallops. Fermented in stainless steel with native yeasts. Aged 24 months in French oak.
Recommended Food Pairing: Slow roasted pork loin over a bed of rosemary potatoes, wild mushrooms, and white wine jus.
