  • Varieties: 95% Callet, 5% Manto Negro & Fogoneau. Appearance: Clear, opaque ruby in color with purple hints. Nose: Clean, pronounced aromas of violets & black fruit with tobacco notes. Palate: Dry. Rich & full-bodied with layers of flavor & a persistent finish. Vinification: From vines planted in calcareous silt in Mallorca. Fermented in barrels for 25 days at lower temperatures then aged in new French oak for 19 months. Recommended Food Pairing: Grilled ribeye steak.
