Nose: Clean. Medium intense stone fruit with subtle floral notes.
Palate: Dry. Medium-bodied, textured with citrus notes & good acidity.
Vinification: Hand harvested from organically farmed, 25-year-old vines planted in calcareous clay in the Alt Penedès sub-zone. Destemmed & fermented in concrete with native yeasts. Aged on its lees for 4 months before bottling.
Recommended Food Pairing: Grilled Halibut with lemon seasoned asparagus.
