Varieties: 35% Callet, 35% Manto Negre, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Appearance: Medium purple.
Nose: Brilliant, subtle fruity aromas.
Palate: A lovely medium-bodied Mediterranean red with some forest, violets, integrated tannins, lingering acidity and a pleasant finish.
Vinification: All hand-harvested fruit from the SE area of Mallorca, fermented in stainless steel, and aged in used French oak for 5 months.
Recommended Food Pairing: Homemade pork and lamb meatballs with rosemary and thyme.
