Varieties: 50% Garnacha and 50% Samsó (Carinena).
Appearance: Deep dark aubergine.
Nose: Aromas of coffee and blackberries with balsamic notes combine with spices and earth.
Palate: Medium, with a smooth, almost grippy finish. On palate is jammy and fruity with fresh tannins and flavors of raspberries, strawberries and plums.
Vinification: From the winemaker of Anima Negra, in Mallorca, comes this new project in Montsant. Aged for 6 months in French and American oak.
Recommended Food Pairing: Have with morcilla, roasted lamb, or an easy night of grilled burgers.
