Appearance: Clear. Dark ruby colored in the glass
Nose: Clean. Pronounced aromas of ripe black fruit, mineral & floral notes. Opens up to show spicy balsamic & oaky aromas.
Palate: Dry. Full-bodied. Concentrated & intense ripe black & red fruit flavors with firm tannins & good acidity. The finish is long & persistent with pronounced minerality.
Vinification: Produced from 50-year-old Garnacha vines in the village of Torroja, farmed bio-dynamically. Aged 24 months in French oak, bottled unfined & unfiltered.
Recommended Food Pairing: Rosemary braised lamb shanks.
