Varieties: Garnatxa Negra &, Carinyena.
Appearance: Clear. Ruby red with a purple rim.
Nose: Clean. Medium-intense ripe red fruit & floral aromas.
Palate: Dry. Medium-bodied. Focused bright cherries and plums, quite grippy & dry. Lovely freshness with nice acidity & lovely purity. Light & elegant.
Vinification: Hand harvested from biodynamically farmed vines located near the village of Torroja that are planted in llicorella soil. Whole-cluster fermented after a short maceration period then aged in concrete & Stockinger fuder, where malolactic fermentation also takes place.
