  • Varieties: 50% Macabeo, 25% Malvasia, 25% Syrah. Appearance: Clear. Pale pink & brilliant. Nose: Clean. Pronounced ripe strawberry & raspberry aromas with subtle floral & tropical fruit notes. Palate: Dry. Medium bodied with subtle, elegant fruit notes, good acidity & a clean finish. Vinification: Hand harvested & table selected before the varieties are pressed along with each other. Fermented & stabilized in stainless steel. Recommended Food Pairing: Salads & seafood appetizers.
