Appearance: Amber with golden highlights.
Nose: Deep, elegant and nuanced aromas. A predominance of toasted, smoky notes enveloped in aromas of cedar.
Palate: Vanilla, cinnamon, dried fruit and nuts with spiced undertones of oak. Highly complex and well-structured palate, unctuous and rich in tannins. Nuances of toasted oak and a lingering, concentrated, deep finish.
Distillation: This brandy is obtained by traditional distillation and aged by the solera system in oak casks.
