Variety: Palomino Fino.
Appearance: Clear. Deep amber, brown.
Nose: Clean. Pronounced aged wood, tobacco & spice aromas with a hint of smoke.
Palate: Off-dry. Oaky with nutty & dried fruit notes. Full-bodied, smooth & concentrated. Drier than most brandies.
Vinification: Aged more than 20 years in a solera with American oak casks. Less than 3000 bottles made available per year.
Recommended Food Pairing: Braised ox-tail.
