Appearance: Clear. Deep ruby.
Nose: Clean. Medium-intense. Red fruit, cardamom & exotic spices on the nose.
Palate: Dry. Light-bodied with fresh acidity & some herbaceousness on a palate with pronounced tannins.
Vinification: From an indigenous Mallorcan varietal revived in the late 1990s after being in danger of extinction. Grown by few, it's thought to be related to Monastrell.
Recommended Food Pairing: Cured cheese or red meat.
