Nose: Clean. Pronounced ripe black fruit on the nose.
Palate: Dry. Full-bodied. Fresh acidity, with ripe fruit flavors & fine tannins.
Vinification: Shows typical Priorat character with a long finish. Made from organically grown grapes planted on slate soils, de-stemmed & fermented at low temperature before being aged for one year in used French oak.
Recommended Food Pairing: Lamb skewers.
