Appearance: Clear. Light yellow gold in color.
Nose: Clean. A subtle, medium-intense but enticing bouquet of sea salt, minerals, spring flowers & tart green apple. Lime zest & honeysuckle aromas.
Palate: Clean. Light-bodied. Crisp, vibrant, dry & linear on the palate. Totally refreshing, with notes of pear skin & quince flavors.
Vinification: Hand harvested, fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks & rested on its lees before bottling.
Recommended Food Pairing: Anchovies & tuna in oil.
