Nose: Clean. Medium-intense. Concentrated aromas of almonds & citrus peel, along with herbal, floral & mineral notes.
Palate: Dry. Light-bodied. Briny, sharp & fresh with lemon peel, green olive & delicate herbal notes.
Vinification: Produced from a single vineyard of vines on average 25 years old, planted in albariza soil. Fermented in 600-liter American oak butts with indigenous yeast. Bottled twice a year with wine on average 10-years old.
