Palate: Dry. Light-bodied, delicate and medium length. Crisp and clean.
Nose: Clean, light, slightly saline.
Vinification: From albariza soils in the famed highest part of famous Macharnudo vineyard. Grapes are destemmed, lightly crushed, with natural yeast fermentation in stainless steel tanks. 6 months of again on the fine lees before bottling. Practicing organic, and unfortified.
Recommended Food Pairing: Oysters, clams, Spaghetti alle Vongo.
