Appearance: Clear. Bright purple in color.
Nose: Clean. Medium (+) intensity. Blackberry, mineral & dark chocolate notes on a fragrant nose.
Palate: Dry. Full-bodied. Flavors of dark berries & cracked pepper on the palate. Generous, but also delicate, this wine has great minerality, with notes of dark chocolate.
Vinification: Made from one of the rarest grape varietals in southern Spain, this is a must try wine. Organically farmed. Planted in Albariza, a chalky soil also found in Champagne, France. Aged 19 months in oak & concrete tank.
Recommended Food Pairing: Puntillitas, battered & fried baby squid.
