Vinification: Corullón is the summation of 210 distinct, bio-dynamically farmed parcels of fruit from the village of Corullón, the epicenter of Bierzo. Harvested from 30 hectares on slate soiled slopes in the mountainous western part of Beirzo; from 3 vineyards with vines 60-100 years old.
