Palate: Dry. Full-bodied. Vivid mineral flavors. Medium-bodied with a long finish, fully developed & ready to drink.
Vinification: The top cuvée from this winemaker, from a blend of the lowest yielding vines planted in granitic soil. Barrel fermented using wild yeasts and aged in French oak for 12 months.
