Appearance: Clear. Medium lemon in color.
Nose: Clean. Pronounced guava notes. Passion fruit, pineapple & vegetal, aromas of asparagus.
Palate: Dry. Medium-bodied. Fresh & soft mouthfeel, with a smooth finish. Silky, intense & persistent; perfumed.
Vinification: Made from one of two varietals that have no parentage outside of the Canary Islands, from vines planted in volcanic soil. Fermented & aged on its lees in stainless steel.
Recommended Food Pairing: Grilled shrimp or lobster.
