Variety: Tintilla de Rota (Graciano) & Tempranillo.
Appearance: Clear. Medium ruby with a maroon rim.
Nose: Clean. Medium intense black fruit with pronounced floral & mineral notes.
Palate: Dry. Medium bodied with subtle salinity & vibrant acidity.
Vinification: Produced from biodynamically farmed vines planted in albariza soil, in the Balbaina estate of Jerez. Vinified without sulfur.
Recommended Food Pairing: Pepperoni pizza.
