Nose: Clean. Medium intense fresh, expressive red fruit with subtle mineral notes.
Palate: Dry. Medium bodied with complex, savory fruit notes, gamey mineral notes & vibrant acidity.
Vinification: From vines planted in slate & red sandstone at 800-1000m. Aged 8 months in French oak & an additional 10 months in bottle.
Recommended Food Pairing: Lamb meatballs with lemon-cumin yogurt.
