Palate: Dry. Medium (+) bodied & textured with balanced fruit & mineral notes.
Vinification: From a family owned estate working organically with traditional, local varieties as well as oil, honey, vegetables, grains, and eggs. Produced with minimal intervention from a single hectare of Xarello vines planted in 1959 in clay soil located in the Penedés. Hand harvested, fermented in stainless steel with its own yeasts & macerated for a single day. Aged 5 months on its lees in stainless steel with battonage performed twice weekly.
