    Appearance: Clear, slightly lemon hued.

    Nose: Clean, with a touch of stone fruit and some toast.

    Palate: Medium-full, this is a wine that has some soft curves to it. Silky and long on the finish.

    Vinification: Benjamin Romeo's (of Bodegas Contador) latest project in Catalonia.

    Recommended Food Pairing: Rich and creamy pasta dishes, with plenty of butter and tarragon.
