The Catalan town of Reus is no stranger to great spirit production.  Toni Omedes Alegre decided to create a classic vermouth to honor the long tradition of winemaking in his family.  Orange peel, anise, rosemary, fennel, oregano are just a sliver the flavors and aromas bottled up in this recipe.
