The folks over at Pernod Ricard are in the vermut biz now, partnering with Vermutería de Galicia to help bring a centuries old maceration recipe to market.  Albarino grapes of the Padron valley anchor a supporting cast of absinthe, hibiscus, chamomile, verbena, laurel, mint, rosemary, thyme, sage among others.
