Nose: Clean. Pronounced, fresh red cherry & raspberry aromas with delicate mineral notes.
Palate: Dry. Medium bodied with focused fruit, vibrant & structured acidity over subtle, granitic minerality.
Vinification: Hand harvested from 50 to 60-year-old Garnacha vines planted in granite soil. Macerated for 60 days & gently pressed before being fermented in whole bunches with native yeast. Aged in 500L French oak for one year.
Recommended Food Pairing: Foie gras or Mushroom-lentil paté.
