    Nose: Hibiscus notes on the nose, with mixed aromas of red fruit & spice.

    Palate: Dry. Medium bodied & textured as it's an oxidative styled rosé with flavors of ripe raspberry & spice.

    Vinification: The Kapi is produced by a small winery in the mountains in Avila & only very small amounts of this wine were imported to the US.

    Recommended Food Pairing: Enjoy with any type of meat, especially BBQ.
