  • Varieties: 60% Sumoll & 40% Garnatxa.

    Appearance: Clear, medium ruby.

    Nose: Clean. Medium intense kirsch cherry & other red fruit aromas along with cocoa & floral notes.

    Palate: Dry. Light-bodied. Juicy & fresh on the palate with firm, yet silky tannins.

    Vinification: Produced in small quantities from vines up to 80 years old, farmed organically with minimal intervention. Fermented using wild yeast, at low temperatures. Aged 30 months in used oak with small quantities of SO2 added only at bottling.

    Recommended Food Pairing: Pork dishes.
