Nose: Clean. Pronounced red & blue fruit aromas, herbaceous notes & toasted hints.
Palate: Dry. Medium bodied with ripe cherry & plum notes, fine tannins & vibrant acidity.
Vinification: Produced with minimal intervention from indigenous varieties that have been hand harvested from up to 60-year-old, organically farmed vines. Fermented using native yeasts & softly pressed. The Garnacha is aged a year in large French oak. Produced & bottled with minimal sulfur additions.
Recommended Food Pairing: Charred, ripe eggplant, tomato & peppers with salt & olive oil.
