Fashioned near the fishing village of Vilanova i la Geltrú, south of Barcelona, Mediterranean botanical infused gin.  Think arbequina olives, Spanish citrus, Greek thyme, rosemary, basil, as well as juniper, of course.  Vibrant and great for mixing.
