Isabel Rodero and Jorge Monzon reintroduce clarete, not a rosado, fashioned out of red and white grapes in the old school tradition from the Ribera del Duero.  These grapes mingle to form a substantial gastronomic wine with structure, complexity and aging potential. A top flight rarity.
