Vidonia VP hails from 100+ year old vines rooted in volcanic (red clay and sandy)soils, aged eleven months on fine lees in Stockinger barrels to give the wine a Burgundian profile.  A structured, rock mineral white showing the true potential of the grape. Best parcels, extremely limited production.
