Father and son duo Manuel and Isaac Cantalapiedra identify as farmers first, and hope to shake things up in Rueda and Toro with wines of dynamic balance and structure.  Hand-harvested, wild yeasts, and 40% whole cluster.  Savory and earthy, with welcome acidity to match the typical Toro fruitiness.
