An elegant amontillado from Pepe and Paco, an avg. of 7 years in solera under flor followed by 20 more years of oxidative aging.  Full of salty almonds and walnuts, a citrus wave and then toasty cacao and coffee.  Evolution in the glass, even several days after opening.  Welcome to the sherry matrix at its finest.
