From organically-farmed vineyards planted from 1934 to 2007 on various types of slate.  240m to 600m. A Mediterranean high-altitude wine (240m-600m), hand-harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Vinified separately, then blended and aged for six months in 225L and 500L French oak barrels.  A fresh burst of red fruits and forest aromas. Vibrant and balanced.
