Laura Lorenzo’s biodynamic work in the Bibei valley continues to shine a light on native varietals.  For A Galga, that means vines up to 120 years old from sandy, granitic soils.  The blend of grapes is mostly destemmed and fermented together with their skins, then aged in a year in chestnut barrels after pressing.  Old vines whisper rustic finesse, bursting red fruits and cellar potential.
