    Appearance: Clear. Dark, amber.

    Nose: Clean. Pronounced herbaceousness; rosemary & thyme. Oxidative aromas, like roasted hazelnuts.

    Palate: Off-dry. Full-bodied, spicy notes with smokey coffee flavors.

    Vinification: A rare Amontillado, from a solera which dates back to 1903. Only 300 bottles filled annually.

    Recommended Food Pairing: Asparagus & roasted vegetables.
