    Appearance: Dark amber in color with mahogany hues.

    Nose: Aromatically complex on the nose with toasted oak, clove & cocoa notes.

    Palate: The palate is expressive, revealing fresh walnut brittle & orange rind flavors that are long & finish with good acidity.

    Vinification: From a solera founded in 1911 with wines averaging 30 years old that are effected from the particular micro-climate of this bodega in El Puerto de Santa Maria.

    Serve chilled as an aperitif or digestive.
